A boutique Consultancy specialising in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM is looking to expand its team with consultants at all levels, from junior to senior, ideally focusing on EC and other related modules, with particular interest to Time Management.

As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on both brand new implementations and system enhancement projects, working collaboratively as a part of a project team. Key Responsibilities:

  3. Work on varied projects, including new implementations and system enhancements, balancing technical challenges and strategic HR outcomes.

Role Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a Consulting role, delivering SuccessFactors projects as a technical resource.
  2. Hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors – ideally in EC and Time Management, although applications from other specialisms are also encouraged.
  3. Experience of integrating SuccessFactors with third-party systems is highly advantageous.
  4. Fluent German is essential due to client demands, alongside proficiency in English for international projects.
  5. SuccessFactors certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
