Are you an expert in Workday Absence & Time Tracking looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? Our client, a top-tier global innovation leader in the technical industry with a revenue of 10 billion and a remarkable 25% growth in its workforce, is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Workday Absence & Time Tracking Analyst.

As a key member of the dynamic Global HRIS Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing the Workday Absence & Time Tracking processes. Your responsibilities include spearheading the design and implementation strategy, collaborating with HR stakeholders globally, managing the Workday module rollout, and identifying areas for enhancement in both processes and systems. You’ll be at the forefront of project management, overseeing redesigns, enhancements, change management, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements:

1. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.
2. Strong understanding of HR processes related to absence management, time tracking, leave policies, etc.
3. Ability to troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and resolve system-related problems efficiently.
4. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
5. Experience in participating in or leading projects related to Workday implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or system optimisations.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements in the Absence & Time Tracking processes within Workday.
7. Fluency in English, German language proficiency desirable.

Our client offers a competitive salary of up to €90,000 depending on experience, along with an attractive benefits package. Additionally, this role offers a fully remote arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere in Germany. Please note, no sponsorship is offered for this position.
