An important role helping shape and optimise Workday HCM and Global Security within a large global Workday customer. You’ll work within a team of cross functional HRIS and HR specialists supporting this global multi € Billion organisation supporting their ongoing HR transformation initiatives.
This role is available largely remotely within Germany with occasional business travel to HQ when required. Salary on offer is flexible and depends on experience but is likely to fall within the range of €75,000 to €85,000 plus package.
Workday Analyst – Core HCM & Security – Required Profile:
- Solid Workday HCM and Security knowledge.
- Skills suited to full lifecycle duties from requirements capture, configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in English (German is a bonus, though not essential).
- Appetite and enthusiasm to work on Global Workday projects.
- An effective liaison able to educate and train HR, IT, and external partners on best practice around HCM business processes and Security.
