A globally recognised Workday Partner is looking to grow their DACH Practice with at least 2 new Functional Consultants specialising in either Recruiting or Learning.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and highly-skilled team of Workday professionals supporting numerous clients with new implementations, AMS and optimisation projects.

These are permanent roles at Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager level, offering packages in the range of €80,000 to €95,000 depending on level and existing certifications.

These roles are available as largely remote in Germany, however regular team meetings are encouraged at one of their numerous offices in the region.

We welcome applications from already certified Consultants as well as Workday Specialists coming from in-house roles, making this a unique opportunity to join the consulting world and get certified!

As a Workday Functional Consultant you will join a team of specialists that collaboratively work on both new deployments and AMS activities. Allocation of resources generally depends on client needs, however personal preferences are also highly valued and taken into account. The company offers competitive growth opportunities, with the option to progress in different directions and across various areas.

Workday Functional Consultant – Requirements:

  • Experience as either an in-house Workday Analyst or certified Consultant
  • Strong technical knowledge of either Workday Learning or Recruiting, any other module will be considered a plus (especially Talent & Performance and Core/Advanced Compensation)
  • Experience of implementing Workday is an advantage, but not an essential requirement
  • Strong customer facing and communication skills, with fluency in both German and English
  • Eligibility to live and work in Germany without any visa restrictions
