Keylime Consultants are supporting a Workday Customer in Germany, a market-leading organisation with strong European presence. We’re looking for a new Workday HCM and HR Process Specialist to join their HR Technology team. This is a permanent role, offering up to around €85,000 + benefits. This role is offered as largely remote, with regular visits to the office in Upper Bavaria.

As a Workday HCM and HR Process Specialist, you will be the main POC for Workday HCM for users and stakeholders across Germany. You will closely work with the HR Leadership team, supporting the implementation of new HR processes and their configuration in Workday. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and optimising existing Workday functionalities, while managing system updates and the implementation of new features and Integrations. So far, the business has implemented Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Talent and PRISM.

Workday HCM and HR Process Specialist – Requirements:

  • Strong Workday technical skills, including configuration of at least two of the modules mentioned above, as well as experience of building new Reports in the system
  • Outstanding knowledge of HR processes and their management in Workday
  • Ideally, experience of working in a highly regulated environment
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in German is required, although main business language is English
  • Availability to travel to the office at least twice a month
