A leading role taking ownership of the Workday Talent & Performance modules within a large global Workday customer. You’ll work within a team of experts each with specific Module responsibility and also as wider contributors to Workday HRIS leadership activities and strategy.This role is available largely remotely within Germany with occasional business travel to HQ when required. Salary on offer is flexible and depends on experience but is likely to fall within the range of €75,000 to €85,000 plus packageWorkday Talent & Performance Lead – Required Profile:
- Detailed Workday Talent & Performance knowledge suited to leading T&P activities within a global enterprise
- Broad skills suited to a range of duties including Systems Configuration, Project Delivery, Implementations, Support and Troubleshooting
- Excellent communications skills in English (German is a bonus) and ability to communicate effectively to senior HR stakeholders, IT specialists, external suppliers and consultants
- A skilled remote worker, resident in Germany with flexibility for occasional business travel when required
