To support its continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and play a key role in developing a high‑performing, people‑focused organization.
This is a strategic and hands‑on HR role for a professional who combines strong business acumen with solid operational HR expertise in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders and managers on all people‑related matters, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning and talent management.
Support managers in performance management, employee development and succession planning.
Lead recruitment activities for key positions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary matters while ensuring compliance with local labor legislation.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a strong company culture.
Support change management and organizational transformation projects.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate closely with Payroll, HR Administration and Finance to ensure efficient HR operations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies and HR best practices.
Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 7‑10 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within the automotive industry or another international, fast‑moving environment.
Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices.
Experience partnering with senior leadership and supporting organizational growth.
Proven experience across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations and talent development.
Strong business mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and evolving international organization.
High level of integrity, professionalism and discretion.
Languages Business fluent German and English are mandatory.
French and/or Italian would be considered a strong advantage.
