Overview
For our client, an internationally operating company with a modern digital environment, we are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner / IT Business Analyst.
In this key role, you will act as the central interface between Finance, Controlling, and IT.
You will drive digitalisation and transformation initiatives, advise business stakeholders on technology-related topics, and ensure that business requirements are translated into sustainable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for Finance and Controlling stakeholders on digital and process-related initiatives.
Gather, assess, prioritise, and manage new business requirements throughout the demand management process.
Develop business cases and support investment and technology decisions.
Shape and continuously improve the Finance application landscape while contributing to the long-term technology roadmap.
Coordinate cross-functional digitalisation and transformation projects.
Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies.
Qualifications
Several years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Finance IT, or Business Consulting.
Proven experience leading or coordinating projects, transformation initiatives, or business partnering activities.
Solid knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP FI/CO or comparable finance solutions.
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), and Plan-to-Controlling (or similar finance process landscapes).
Fluent English is required; German is an advantage.
