Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner. /lilibCash Handling: /b Oversee all aspects of cash management, including daily cash register operations, bank deposits, and accurate financial reporting. Ensure adherence to company policies regarding transactions and financial procedures. /lilibHuman Resources Management: /b Lead the recruitment, training, and development of bakery staff to build a cohesive and efficient team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a positive work environment. /lilibCompliance with Health and Safety Standards: /b Ensure that all bakery operations comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with Swiss regulations and company policies. /lilibTeam Recruitment and Management: /b Manage the hiring process for new team members, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and onboarding. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and team-building practices. /lilibPerformance Monitoring: /b Track and analyze sales figures, KPIs, and other business metrics to optimize store performance. Develop strategies to drive sales growth and enhance profitability. /lilibSupplier and Vendor Management: /b Oversee relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality products and services are delivered on time and within budget. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance. /lilibOrder Tracking and Inventory Management: /b Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure the bakery is always well-stocked with fresh ingredients and products. Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory and avoid shortages or excesses. /lilibScheduling and Planning: /b Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and maintain a balanced workload. Plan for holidays and special events to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. /li /ulpbQualifications: /b /pulliMinimum B2 level proficiency in French. /liliFluency in German and English. /liliPrevious experience in retail management, preferably in a bakery or luxury food setting. /liliStrong leadership and team management skills. /liliExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities. /liliKnowledge of local health and safety regulations. /liliExperience in supplier management and order tracking. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
