Our client is an international automotive company experiencing strong growth across global markets.
To support its continued expansion in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Zone Manager Aftersales to lead the development of the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
This is a strategic field-based position responsible for strengthening the aftersales network, driving business performance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across the dealer network.
The role reports directly to the Director Aftersales Switzerland.
Your main responsibilities include: Develop and implement the aftersales strategy within your assigned region.
Build strong relationships with dealer principals, service managers, and aftersales teams.
Monitor dealer performance using KPIs such as customer satisfaction, service retention, workshop productivity, parts sales, warranty performance, and profitability.
Identify business opportunities and define action plans to improve dealer performance.
Support dealers in implementing manufacturer standards, processes, and best practices.
Coach and train dealer management teams on aftersales operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure consistent application of warranty policies, service campaigns, and technical programs.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Parts, and Customer Experience teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for management.
Support network development initiatives and participate in dealer audits when required.
Your Profile Minimum 5-8 years of experience in automotive aftersales.
Proven experience working with dealer networks, either for an importer or an automotive manufacturer.
A technical or mechanical background in the automotive industry, or previous experience in an automotive aftersales workshop, is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of workshop operations, parts business, warranty and customer service.
Excellent relationship management and coaching skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPIs to drive performance.
Hands-on, proactive and customer-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout German-speaking Switzerland.
Languages
German: Native or fluent (mandatory)English: Professional working proficiency (mandatory)French is considered a strong asset.
