Responsibilities
Administer, maintain and evolve critical Microsoft infrastructures.
Provide level‑3 operational support for production environments.
Design, deploy and optimise Microsoft services.
Ensure availability, security and performance of infrastructures.
Contribute to transformation and modernisation projects.
Automate administration and deployment tasks.
Collaborate with Network, Security, Virtualisation, Storage and Application teams.
Resolve complex incidents and perform root‑cause analysis.
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Technical Environment Strong experience is expected in most of the following technologies: Nimsoft, M365 and Intune (and beyond), Enterprise Vault, and others as relevant.
Qualifications
Minimum ten years of experience in Microsoft systems administration and engineering.
Excellent mastery of Windows Server environments.
Solid knowledge of virtualised infrastructures and production environments.
Experience with automation using PowerShell and/or Ansible.
Ability to handle complex incidents and lead technical evolution projects.
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
Fluent in French and professional level English.
Conditions
Residence in Switzerland is required (or relocation to Switzerland before start, as per project).
Possible participation in on‑call rotations based on team needs.
