We are looking for an experienced
Senior Total Rewards Specialist
to support the delivery and continuous evolution of Total Rewards programs across Europe. You will directly report to the Head of Total Rewards for Europe & Africa, this role combines operational ownership, compensation expertise, analytics and project delivery. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy under the strategic direction and oversight of the Head of Total Rewards, you will independently manage a broad range of Total Rewards activities, acting as a regional operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) while ensuring high-quality operational delivery within established governance frameworks. This role offers you the chance to support multiple European markets within a lean, fast-paced environment. You will be developing your strategic thinking as well as taking care of the hands-on operational execution. You will also support the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency project, partnering closely with the dedicated EU Pay Transparency Analyst to strengthen governance, improve operational readiness and help embed sustainable processes across the region.
