Overview
In this role you shape the architecture and technical evolution of the JobRouter environment within KfW, collaborating跨 disciplines to automate processes and integrate KI into workflows. You lead complex implementations from idea to production and establish reusable patterns. You work closely with IT teams and business areas to advance the digital transformation. This is a hands-on, leadership-leaning mission in a collaborative, inclusive agile setting.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Conceive and design Lösungsarchitektur for JobRouter and integration in KfW systems
- Develop and establish reusable components, standards, and best practices for JobRouter processes
- Provide technical leadership for complex implementations from concept to production
- Assess new requirements for feasibility, risks, and impact on the platform
- Drive integration of AI into workflows and enhance process automation
- Collaborate with IT teams and business areas to align with existing landscape
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Studies in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Telekommunikation oder Banking oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung mit JobRouter oder vergleichbaren Low-Code-Workflow-Lösungen
- Architektur- und Weiterentwicklung von Applikationen; PHP, JavaScript; SQL
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten; Zielorientierung; Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse
