Finance & Operations Specialist
As Finance & Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial transparency and operational efficiency of our US organization. You will work closely with leadership and international teams to support financial processes, operational coordination, and business administration, helping ensure that the US business can scale efficiently.
- Support financial operations, including budgeting support, invoice coordination, and expense tracking

As Head of US Sales, you will build and lead our US revenue organization and position kgs as the AI‐ready archive platform for SAP environments. You will work with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners to position tia as the lightweight archive backbone for compliance, governance, and AI‐ready enterprise data.
- Build and scale the US sales organization, establishing processes, culture, and performance metrics
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy to expand market reach and accelerate revenue growth
