As a Senior AI Engineer at KI performance, you will design and deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions end-to-end, from data ingestion to deployment and optimization. You will partner with data platform teams to translate AI insights into business value, leveraging cloud tech on Azure. You’ll work on innovative areas like Multiagent architectures, LLMs, and Gen AI, with a focus on scalability, governance, and production readiness. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to shape AI-powered solutions for leading DAX companies.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- End-to-end AI development from data ingestion to deployment and operations
- Apply ML and analytics to solve business challenges including predictive analytics, optimization, and NLP
- Build and optimize Generative AI components (LLMs, TTS, STT) and integrate them into workflows
- Data engineering and pipelines to ensure data quality for AI use cases
- Deploy and operate AI solutions using cloud-based MLOps best practices
- Stay updated with AI and cloud tech and evaluate integration potential
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into business processes
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years in AI engineering, data science, or ML with data engineering experience
- End-to-end AI expertise across data prep, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and optimization
- Strong Python skills; experience with ML frameworks and Azure ML and Databricks
- Familiarity with Azure Data & AI services and platforms/APIs like OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic
- Hands-on MLOps tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab) and production deployment
- AI infrastructure design including Docker; experience with NLP, CV, and conversational AI
- Experience with LLMs, TTS, STT; GDPR awareness
- Customer interaction and leadership capabilities; bilingual English (C2) and German (C1)
