The role

We’re looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as we prepare for a new phase of company growth. This is an opportunity to work across multiple domains, gain practical experience, and make a real impact in a growing AI consulting company.

What you’ll do

As part of our team, you’ll contribute to a variety of activities, including:

1. Structuring Processes : Help design and refine internal workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
2. Sales Support : Create compelling pitches, presentations, and offerings to engage prospective clients.
3. Performance Analysis : Analyze key metrics, derive actionable insights, and propose strategies to enhance business performance.
4. AI Solutions Delivery : Support the implementation of AI solutions for corporate clients, working alongside technical experts.

Your background

1. Currently pursuing an MSc or BSc in Business Administration, Management, Management of Innovation, Management Engineering, or similar from a top university.
2. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting firm, venture builder, or similar.
3. Fluent in English (German proficiency is a plus).
