As a consultant, you’ll work on diverse SAP projects (implementation, migration, optimization, and development) across SD, MM, LE, CRM Service, and S/4HANA modules — with autonomy, continuous learning, and impactful client collaboration.Your Contribution to the Success Story:Business Process Consulting & Optimization: Analyze and improve order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and service management processes for our clients. Serve as a trusted advisor across logistics, sales, and customer service functions.Solution Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement scalable SAP S/4HANA and ECC solutions, including standard configuration, custom developments, and system integrations (CRM, SD, MM, LE).Technical Development: Create custom enhancements and ABAP developments, working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.Project Participation & Leadership: Participate in full lifecycle SAP projects or lead workstreams — from fit-gap analysis to go-live and hyper care.Cross-functional Collaboration: Align and communicate with business units, developers, and international teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive efficiency and user satisfaction.Second-Level Support & Documentation: Provide expert troubleshooting and maintain high-quality process and system documentation.What you bring to the table:Education: University degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting (in-house or external), with expertise in at least two modules from SD, MM, LE, or CRM Service. Exposure to S/4HANA or participation in migration projects is a strong plus.Technical Know-how: ABAP knowledge and development experience for custom enhancements.Mindset & Skills: Structured and analytical approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Agile, entrepreneurial, and solution-driven attitude.
