Senior Specialist Electric Light Commercial Vehicles (all genders welcome)

at the Kia Connect GmbH in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Job mission: You will be part of our mission to shape the customer journey of tomorrow. You will do that by coordinating the B2B customer experience at Kia Connect, with the unique opportunity to build up digital B2B solutions from the ground up. Embrace this exciting challenge – so buckle up and be ready to take off.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Research B2B automotive trends, analyze customer behavior, and help align digital products with the needs of future customers.
  2. Define the Fleet Management Solution (FMS) in collaboration with stakeholders, prioritize features, and ensure the implementation of an integrated solution across all customer touchpoints.
  3. Review the business model of the FMS to ensure a profitable approach.
  4. Define and implement the sales process for the new FMS.
  5. Develop, set up and run the support process for digital solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate closely with data experts to ensure the end-to-end data pipeline (vehicle to customer frontend).
  7. Develop training and marketing materials in collaboration with internal subject matter experts to promote the new FMS and explain it to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback to generate ideas for new functionalities or further developments.
  9. Approach challenges with an open mind, seeking new opportunities to enhance the customer experience and maintain competitiveness.

Your talents:

  1. Education: University degree in business administration or economics with a focus on strategy, business development.
  2. Experience:
    1. 3-5 years of experience in the B2B automotive environment.
    2. Experience in fleet management solutions, digital product development, and product management needed; experience in customer support and content creation is an advantage.
    3. Hands-on mentality paired with care and no fear of the unknown.
    4. International background and mindset fitting to roles in a global company; Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage.
    5. Team player combined with the ability to work independently.
    6. Motivation to develop yourself and the business to strive for the best results.
  3. Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills are required.
  4. Fluent in English (written and spoken), suitable languages advantageous.
