The position We are looking for an experienced account executive who will be both a sales professional and a product ambassador. In this unique role, you will not only drive our sales efforts but also help shape our platform as you represent our core user group. You're part of Inside Sales, where you acquire, qualify, conduct product demos, negotiate, and close deals while providing valuable feedback to our product team.
Managing the entire sales cycle from acquisition to closing for our revenue intelligence platform
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
Conduct compelling product demonstrations that show how Kickscale drives efficiency, insights, and coaching for sales teams
Working closely with our product and development teams to provide user feedback and help shape platform development
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in target organizations
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
Stay up to date on competitive offers and communicate Kickscale's unique selling point clearly
Represent the customer's voice in product discussions, as you are a user of our platform yourself
we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (experience selling sales technologies, conversational intelligence, or other sales support tools is particularly desired)
Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
Self‑motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Adaptability in an early startup environment
Passion for technology and genuine interest in how AI can transform sales processes
Willingness to use our platform in your own sales process both as a user
