• You will achieve three qualifications in three years: 1. Retail Salesperson (m/w/d), 2. Qualification as a Retail Specialist (m/w/d), and 3. Trainer certification

Your daily work

• Learn all store processes
• Support personnel scheduling and organization in the store
• Handle goods receipt and presentation
• Maintain a tidy store and implement concept guidelines
• Conduct customer consultations and sales talks, and work at the checkout
• Theoretical content delivered by experienced trainers at the Retail Education Center in Springe (BZE) in 10 seminars of 2 weeks each
• Theoretical focus: sales and marketing, customer orientation, personnel management

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Willingness to learn and initiative are important to successfully complete the program
• You enjoy sales and interacting with customers
• You work well in a team and support your colleagues at all times
