Job Description Role: Supply Chain - Sr Director, RAMET Manufacturing Reporting to: Stamatis Kontzias Country: Switzerland Location: Rotkreuz Pay grade: Gr 5 / PG 41
Leads the segment's internal and external manufacturing operations, delivering safe, reliable, cost-competitive, and high-quality production across the plant footprint.
In this role, you will:
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across the segment's internal manufacturing (IM) and external contract manufacturing (ECM) sites
- Own segment manufacturing performance, including conversion cost, asset utilization (OEE), yield, reliability, and productivity
- Manage in-segment ECM production and performance to ensure consistent output, quality, and capacity against segment demand
- Deploy manufacturing standards and operational excellence playbooks, leading plant-level continuous improvement and Lean / Six Sigma
- Execute production schedules to meet segment service and supply commitments
- Own the segment manufacturing cost base and operating budget, delivering conversion-cost and productivity targets
- Build manufacturing capability, talent, and a high-performance operating culture across the segment plant network
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
- Extensive manufacturing and operations leadership across integrated internal and external manufacturing in a global CPG / FMCG environment
- Proven track record improving plant performance across cost, quality, safety, reliability, and productivity
- Strong command of Lean / Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to lead large, distributed plant organizations and develop manufacturing talent
- Strong matrix leadership across segment teams and ABUs

- Segment manufacturing KPI performance
- Schedule adherence and supply commitments met from in-segment manufacturing
- Manufacturing productivity and cost-savings delivery vs. targets
- Manufacturing quality and audit / inspection outcomes
