Director Business Excellence

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Excellence Director to lead initiatives that enhance commercial performance and operational efficiency across the organization. This senior role is responsible for the strategic design and implementation of frameworks, tools, and processes that drive revenue growth, improve sales effectiveness, and streamline end-to-end business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commercial excellence strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional process optimisation initiatives to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through the development of KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to embed best practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage change programs and ensure alignment across global/regional teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial strategy, business transformation, or process improvement roles.
• Must have experience in the Healthcare of Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Background in consulting or a related field is advantageous.
