THE TEAM AND ITS MISSION
We are a highly skilled team developing vision-based sports analytics tools for coaches. Our goal is to deliver meaningful metrics of athletic performance from video footage. To achieve this, we build real-time tracking pipelines, machine learning models, statistics aggregators, and integrate them into a scalable cloud architecture.
By joining us, you\’ll help automate, optimize, and extend our existing solutions—currently focused on Basketball.

YOUR TASKS
As a (Senior) Software Engineer , you will design and implement advanced algorithms and deep learning models at the core of our processing pipeline. Your work will extract metrics and detect events from time-series data. You\’ll take technical ownership of key components, from design and development to monitoring and configuration.
Together with the team, you\’ll tackle challenges such as:
- Action recognition from video and skeleton-based time-series data
- Post-processing and aggregation of position and event data
- Real-time data processing
- Continuous integration and deployment
- Unit testing and code reviews
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with Python
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning development
- Proficiency with Linux-based systems
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Bonus Points:
- Passion for Basketball
- Experience with AWS
- Background in Human Action Recognition
- Familiarity with Multiple Object Tracking
- Experience in real-time video processing
