About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Brand to lead our global brand strategy and marketing initiatives within the International Division. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated brand team and collaborate with overseas marketing interfaces to drive global brand synergie, asset management, and high-impact communication strategies.

What You Will Do

Global Market Analysis & Brand Synergy

  • Lead comprehensive global market research for our overseas fertilizer business. Systematically analyze industry trends, regional markets, customer demands, channel dynamics, and policy environments to provide strategic decision support.
  • Establish a robust global competitor and brand monitoring system. Ensure synergy between the group brand, overseas subsidiary brands, and product brands to build a unified, globally coordinated brand management structure.

Brand Strategy & Implementation

  • Spearhead the corporate brand positioning, brand vision, and brand development strategy for the International Division.
  • Formulate mid-to-long-term global development plans for all brands. Define the brand hierarchy, core value propositions, brand stories, personality, and communication tone.
  • Balance global standardization with local market adaptation to continuously enhance our brand's global competitiveness.
  • Construct a global brand management system. Establish unified standards for brand naming, Visual Identity (VI), Behavioral Identity (BI), product packaging, promotional materials, and digital content.

Brand Asset Management

  • Manage and drive the growth of global brand assets, including corporate and product brands, trademarks, domains, copyrights, visual elements, and content.
  • Collaborate with the legal department for global registrations, monitoring, authorizations, rights protection, and brand risk mitigation.
  • Oversee and audit brand usage across all regional and overseas subsidiaries. Ensure that brand names, packaging, promotional materials, and external communications comply with brand standards and effectively support business growth.

Global Brand Communication & Promotion

  • Orchestrate global integrated brand communication efforts. Develop annual brand communication plans, key initiatives, and budgets.
  • Build a global communication matrix by integrating resources across international exhibitions, industry media, digital platforms, social media, and public relations.
  • Lead the planning and execution of major brand events, product launches, and international exhibitions.
  • Oversee the construction of global digital brand assets and content ecosystems, managing official websites, social media, and brand asset libraries. Produce continuous streams of engaging videos, images, case studies, and technical content to support regional market expansion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-time completion rate for brand strategy planning and key annual brand projects.
  • Compliance rate for global brand management systems, guidelines, and regional implementation.
  • Growth in brand communication influence, digital channel metrics, and the success rate of major events supporting business goals.
  • Effective execution of brand budgets, brand risk control, and cross-regional collaboration.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Brand Management, Advertising, Communications, International Business, or related fields. Candidates with overseas education or work experience are highly preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in brand management or marketing. Must include at least 3 years in a core global brand role within the fertilizer, agricultural inputs, or large multinational corporate sectors.
  • 3+ years of proven team management experience. Must possess successful case studies of building corporate and product brand systems from 0 to 1 with quantifiable global implementation results.
  • Expertise in corporate brand strategy, architecture, positioning, communication, and asset management.
  • Sharp global market insight, strong data analysis skills, and strategic thinking capabilities. Familiarity with mainstream global communication channels, digital marketing tools, and international brand project management.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication, resource integration, and PR/crisis management skills. Outstanding copywriting and content planning abilities.
  • English can be used as a primary working language. Knowledge of Spanish, Chinese, German, or other languages is an added advantage.
