Your tasks:

  • You identify innovation potentials in our marketing & sales landscape to define future sales & marketing processes based on new innovative tools and latest technologies
  • You are an "Innovation Scout" and bring an "outside-in perspective" to our business and constantly set new impluses to improve our marketing & sales excellence through innovation, digitalization, automation and personalization
  • You facilitate the testing of new concepts in agile proof-of-concept projects, you drive company-wide implementation after proof of concept is delivered and promote the adoption of new solutions
  • You drive the close integration and collaboration of marketing & sales processes and operations, putting customers at the center of our acitivites
  • You implement an integrated marketing & sales reporting and supply our brands with state-of-the-art reports and business intelligence insights
  • You run those projects in close collaboration with our brands and sales regions and steer all stakeholders & project members towards success
  • You lead a central team of 5 highly skilled and motivated colleagues, providing guidance, feedback, and support for success

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, sales and marketing, information technology or a related field from leading universities
  • You have a proven experience in the role of delivering innovation to sales & marketing processes
  • In addition, you will bring project management experience in managing initiatives, monitoring progress and planning changes during the project life cycle
  • You have a strong knowledge of digitalization technologies and methods, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and sales enablement tools
  • You demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end marketing & sales processes
  • You have the ability to simplify complex situations and implement pragmatic solution, while securing efficient use of resources
  • You already have experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with business partners to drive project success
  • You have analytical skills, strong business acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret business data
  • You speak fluent English and have excellent communication skills, German is a plus
