Tasks and Qualifications:

Your tasks:

  • Supporting, improving and monitoring the sales system processes of KION ITS EMEA in coordination with KION Group IT and other stakeholders is one of your key responsibilities
  • You are the first point of contact for the local key user community for support, training as well as process questions and coordinating the regular key user meetings
  • You will also be responsible for global key user activities in the KION ITS EMEA sales systems
  • Furthermore, you are the first point of contact for other business units for change requests for the “old sales systems“
  • Process excellence: analysing processes, designing, implementing, documenting and training innovative solutions is part of your job
  • You will support innovative projects and sales tool implementations (e.g. artificial intelligence use cases or robotic process automation)

Your qualifications:

  • You have expertise in SAP or Salesforce solutions and have gained relevant professional experience in an (omnichannel) sales, support or process development environment
  • You are known for your solution-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking, a strong hands-on mentality, implementation skills and a high degree of initiative
  • You like to challenge the status quo and have an understanding of change management in a complex organisation
  • Fluent business English and an occasional willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 10%) are essential
  • You have completed an university degree or training with relevant work experience
  • Very good MS Office skills, strong communication skills and team orientation complete your profile

This position is a parental leave replacement and is therefore limited until the end of February 2026 .
