For our Business Transformation Program, we are looking for you to support our Data Management Tower as „Lead Data Management – Asset Management (f/m/d)“ at our Frankfurt Headquarter.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your tasks:

You own the Asset Management data cluster’s strategy, objectives, and implementation.
-
You will lead and mentor the Data Owners in your clusters.
-
You are accountable for the data objects definition of your data cluster and contribute to ensuring that the data is properly defined, following standards and policies across the organization.

You provide functional expertise to define data models, governance, processes, harmonization, and data quality rules.
-
You oversee Data Quality Management activities for all data objects within your data cluster and provide guidance on prioritization and metrics.

You review data migration reports with the Data Owner and will recommend corrective action if necessary.
Your profile:
-
You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or comparable studies with several years of professional experience, preferably some time in a leadership role.

You bring relevant experience in a Master Data Management-oriented role in a technical and commercial context and are motivated to lead the Data Cluster Asset Management.

You have in-depth knowledge of (SAP) Data model, industry-leading data quality, and data protection management practices, especially in Sales & Service data objects.
-
You are highly skilled in change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change, and performance measurement system design.
-
You have excellent analytical skills with a focus on details as well as problem-solving competence.

You enjoy communicating and facilitating in English with senior-level management from technology and business in an international and intercultural environment.
