Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to develop strategies within the Market to win more Pouch Volumes.
- Support Sales team to create pipeline and select upfront right projects with high probability to win.
- Coordinate the creation of the most effective proposals to win in the market align between Markets and Pouch CoE.
- Be the expert of the solution in critical customer meetings.
- Facilitate the connection between Sales team and Pouch CoE.
- Keep flow of communication with all functions to drive priorities.
- Give feedback of all functions and receive inputs from markets to develop right products.
- Create a successful team and develop talent for succession in the future.
Skills & Capabilities
- Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master\’s degree in Engineering is a plus.
- Strong Pouch product and solution demonstrated experience is an advantage.
- Past successes driving and managing change within a complex international, matrix organization.
- Outstanding team building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency as well as the ability to break down barriers/silos.
- Experience working in a matrix environment.
- Business level language skills in English and German.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
