You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.Senior MEP Project Manager ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DeliveryLead the full project lifecycleDevelop and manage project execution plans, programmes, and deliverablesEnsure delivery aligns with commercial targets, schedules, and client expectationsDrive high-performance standards across multi-disciplinary project teamsCommercial & Programme ManagementManage project cost control, forecasting, and budget performanceWork closely with commercial teams to manage variations, risks, and opportunitiesDevelop and track short-term and long-term programme milestonesEnsure accurate reporting to senior management and stakeholdersStakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the primary interface between Kirby, the client, and key stakeholdersChair project meetings, technical workshops, and progress reviewsBuild strong relationships with clients and supply chain partnersRepresent Kirby at a senior level in all project communicationsPeople & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop project teams across engineering, commercial, and site functionsDrive collaboration across internal disciplines and external stakeholdersPromote a positive, high-performance team cultureTake ownership of performance and development of direct reportsHealth, Safety & QualityEnsure full compliance with Kirby HSEQ standards and project-specific safety requirementsPromote a strong safety culture across all aspects of deliveryOversee implementation of quality control processes aDrive continuous improvement in safety and quality performanceTechnical & Delivery OversightEnsure all MEP systems are delivered in line with design, specifications, and client requirementsReview and manage engineering deliverables and installation practicesSupport commissioning, testing, and final handover processesEnsure buildability, coordination, and integration across all servicesRequirements – Senior MEP Project ManagerProven experience operating as a MEP Project Manager / Senior PM on large-scale projectsStrong background in data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial projectsExperience managing projects in excess of €20M+ MEP scopeStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systemsDemonstrated leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teamsStrong commercial awareness and contract management experienceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsKirby Group Engineering is an equal opportunities employer.
