Supervisor Manufacturing Engineer global technical Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Supervisor Manufacturing Engineer Global Technical Infrastructure (m/f/d) at our site in Attendorn

Your tasks:

1. Define and develop new standards in the areas of technical infrastructure and decarbonization.
2. Develop, update, and maintain the technical standards documentation „KA GTS TI (Technical Infrastructure)“ and manage workflows and blank forms within your areas of responsibility.
3. Take responsibility for the procurement of technical infrastructure equipment, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and cost targets.
4. Introduce and consider all KA decarbonization objectives in the responsible departments, actively contributing to a sustainable future.
5. Develop a technical network across all KA plants worldwide.
6. Lead technical trainings to enhance the knowledge and skills of our teams.
7. Technically support all local ME centers in the specified areas and support customer teams during the KA RFQ phase.
8. Contribute to defining the investment scopes in the areas of Technical Infrastructure & Decarbonization.
9. Prepare regular, meaningful reports to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Your profile:

1. You have successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
2. You bring several years of relevant professional experience to the table.
3. You possess strong technical knowledge and experience in supply engineering, decarbonization, and green energy sources.
4. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5. You are proficient in common Microsoft Office products.
6. You have extensive experience in the industrialization of automotive projects.
7. You are familiar with industrial controls and data management.
8. You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
9. You are open to business travel.
