We educate, raise and care for around 9,000 children in crèche, elementary and after-school groups and in playhouses/meeting places. A prejudice-conscious approach to diversity and the active promotion of inclusion and participation are key principles of KiTa Bremen’s self-image. Our child and family centers focus on both the children and their family environment and work together with institutions and political bodies in the district according to the principles of district orientation. Fresh food is cooked daily in our children’s and family centers. The healthy nutrition of the children and the close cooperation between the educational and domestic sectors are very important to us.
