About your new role
You always keep an eye on the performance of the campaigns for which you are responsible and derive appropriate data-based recommendations for action. You identify relevant user segments and address them in a targeted manner. You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and optimization of email and push campaigns. You implement your ideas in cooperation with the tech and data teams, get an overview of the existing data and how you can use it for automated, highly personalized CRM measures. You write and optimize your SQL queries yourself. You will be supported by a great CRM and analyst team.
Skills & Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in CRM and in the operational control and implementation of CRM campaigns and customer data selection.
- You have already worked with large tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Selligent, Adobe Suite, etc., but in any case you have profound knowledge with an email marketing / CRM campaign tool.
- Knowledge of data analysis and the use of appropriate tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau) as well as programming languages (e.g. SQL, HTML) you possess at a very good level.
- A good sense for trends and topics, but also a creative sense for layout and text characterize you, furthermore you are a team player with vision.
- You speak fluent English, German is an advantage but not a must.
