Your Role at Kittl
As the CRM Marketing Manager at Kittl, you will lead our lifecycle campaigns and work with the marketing team to ensure an engaging storyline throughout customers‘ lifecycles. Your role is to ensure engagement, decrease churn, and drive revenue revenue growth.
You will collaborate with multiple teams to execute lifecycle campaigns. Your expertise CRM and lifecycle journey will be critical to Kittl’s mission to become the leading global collaborative graphic design software for professionals.
What You’ll Do

Campaign management : Lead and manage CRM lifecycle campaigns using customer.io to drive user engagement, adoption, and revenue growth

Creative decision-making : Autonomously make creative decisions and intuitively understand expected campaign outcomes

Storytelling & strategy development : Develop and execute storytelling and strategies for the customer lifecycle

Email optimization : Optimize emails through ongoing testing (A/B and multivariate) and data analysis

Data analysis : Track and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for lifecycle improvement

Collaboration : Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling copy, creatives, and stories tailored to specific audiences
What You’ll Need

Experience : At least 2 years of experience in CRM marketing, with a proven track record of driving results through lifecycle campaigns

Autonomy & intuition : Ability to make decisions independently and intuitively understand expected outcomes from campaign strategies

CRM tool proficiency : Strong knowledge of CRM tools, such as Customer.io or HubSpot

A/B testing & optimization : Proven experience in developing A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for lifecycle metrics

Customer insight : Natural marketer with a deep understanding of customer needs, audience segmentation, and personalization
-
Collaboration : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams like creative and product
