Head of Department CAMO – full-time (m/f/d) Permanent position – full-time.
We are expanding our team in Erpfendorf and are looking for a dedicated leader who would like to contribute their experience and expertise in the field of Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO). If you have in-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness and are looking for a position of responsibility with creative freedom, this role could be just the right challenge for you. Management of the CAMO Management, supervision, and monitoring of continuing airworthiness Monitoring and planning of necessary maintenance activities Analysis of the effectiveness of the maintenance program and development of the reliability program Management of aircraft history files and databases Monitoring of technical documentation (up-to-date status and distribution) Updating and monitoring of documents/instructions from aviation authorities Planning and optimization of maintenance and repair processes Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality guidelinesand legal requirements Participation in internal and external audits (aviation authority) and rectification of identified non-conformities Ensuring the predictability/operational readiness of our fleet Your profile
Completed technical training in the aviation sector or a technical degree Relevant knowledge and experience in managing aircraft airworthiness Knowledge in the field of quality management Several years of experiencein the field – subject-specific professional experience, including 2 years in the CAMO sector Experience handling technical documentation for aircraft and engines Management experience and strong teamwork skills Knowledge of applicable legal regulations High sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability Very good German and English skillsboth spoken and written (technical English) Willingness to pursue further training We offer
