Production Employee (f/m/d)
kiutra, a fast‑growing deep‑tech company working on quantum technologies, is looking for a full‑time production employee in Munich.
Responsibilities
- Assemble core components and cryostats, performing mechanical and electrical tasks in accordance with production documentation.
- Follow established procedures and workflows, including the use and administration of software tools.
- Improve and update documentation as required in collaboration with managers.
- Identify and report technical and organizational issues in a timely manner.
- Provide support to the Procurement and Testing & Quality Control teams as required.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a precision mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable technical field.
- Relevant professional experience in technical assembly or manufacturing.
- Enjoys practical, hands‑on work in a technical environment.
- Strong sense of independence, responsibility, and reliability.
- Thorough, well‑structured, and quality‑focused working style.
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accurate documentation practices.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
