kiutra, a fast‑growing deep‑tech company working on quantum technologies, is looking for a full‑time production employee in Munich.

Responsibilities

• Assemble core components and cryostats, performing mechanical and electrical tasks in accordance with production documentation.
• Follow established procedures and workflows, including the use and administration of software tools.
• Improve and update documentation as required in collaboration with managers.
• Identify and report technical and organizational issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support to the Procurement and Testing & Quality Control teams as required.

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a precision mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable technical field.
• Relevant professional experience in technical assembly or manufacturing.
• Enjoys practical, hands‑on work in a technical environment.
• Strong sense of independence, responsibility, and reliability.
• Thorough, well‑structured, and quality‑focused working style.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accurate documentation practices.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
