We are currently looking for a highly skilled and commercially driven Trade Marketing & E-Retail Manager to strengthen our presence in the market and support our ambitious growth goals in Germany.

The Role

This is a key commercial role with a hybrid focus, combining traditional trade marketing leadership with digital e-retail ownership. You will play a pivotal role in driving our brand visibility and sales performance across both physical and digital channels. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset, deep expertise in trade marketing, and a solid grasp of digital commerce dynamics.

Workplace

This is a remote position, however, occasional travel to our headquarters in Croatia will be required for key meetings and alignment with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans for all Channels
  • Manage sell-in and execution strategy with field agency (shelf compliance, POSM placement, contracts, promotions etc.)
  • Own digital e-retail relationships with top 20 key e-retailer
  • Drive digital listings, activations, bundles, and sampling programs
  • Design B2B incentives and channel promotions in sync with KA/Wholesale Lead
  • Track retail sell-out data and build dashboard reporting

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Trade Marketing or Channel Activation roles
  • Strong commercial mindset with digital touchpoints
  • Experienced in working with agencies and retail partners
  • Marketing and Sales Execution Profile
  • Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively in an international work environment
