Role: Technical Lead – Mobile Application Development

As a Technical Lead, you will drive the technical design and implementation of a large-scale, multi-brand mobile application built on a hybrid architecture combining React Native, native iOS/Android, WebViews, App BFF, and backend services. You will translate functional requirements into technical solutions, coordinate dependencies across teams, and ensure consistent implementation in line with architecture and quality standards.
Required
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, technical design, or similar roles.
- Strong experience translating functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Good understanding of React Native, native iOS/Android, WebViews, REST APIs, and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture.
- Experience with complex integrations, distributed systems, and cross-component dependencies.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts, including OAuth2 and OIDC.
- Experience coordinating technical solutions across multiple teams and technology domains.
- Understanding of non-functional requirements such as performance, security, stability, and observability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and international development environments.
Preferred
- Experience in telecommunications, banking, insurance, utilities, or e-commerce.
- Experience with large-scale, multi-brand customer-facing mobile applications.
- Exposure to hybrid mobile architectures and collaboration with architects, developers, and Product Owners.
- Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and improving engineering practices.
