Role: Senior Consultant – SOC Lead Location: Leverkusen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Your role As a SOC lead, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Centre (SOC), ensuring the effective monitoring, detection, analysis, and response to security incidents. You will be leading a team of SOC analysts, maintaining security tools and processes, and driving continuous improvement in the organization\’s security posture. Apart from this, you are an expert at contributing to different Security teams for M365 Security Service, Vulnerability Management, Multifactor Authentication teams. You will be intensely involved in Incident and response, Vulnerability management and remediation process. Your role should be able to deliver the Global Security teams update and progress to the client on regular basis. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall Security solution. Required Ability work as Global Security Technical Lead and support Security Operations Center (SOC MS Sentinel), M365 Security Services, Multifactor Authentication team, Vulnerability management and Governance and Risk compliance tracks. Should be able lead the change management process. Having good experience in planning, designing, implementation/deployment, maintenance of security solution. Single point of contact for P1P2 incident and problem tickets management Acting as single point of contact for entire Global Security Tower Preferred Experience in any one of the Security Operations Center (SOC) tool (preferably MS Sentinel). Experience with M365 Security Solution transformation and support activities for Microsoft Defender for endpoint, Microsoft Defender for identity, Microsoft Defender for cloud apps, Microsoft Defender office 365, Microsoft Information Protection. Experience with Qualys Vulnerability Management tool Microsoft Entra id solution and configuration On-site client interaction/stakeholder interaction German language B1 or above Note: Applicants for employment in Germany should possess work authorisation which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
