Enabling the movement toward advanced chip design, KLA's Measurement, Analytics and Control group (MACH) is looking for the best and brightest research scientists, software engineers, application development engineers and senior product technology process engineers to join our team.

• A Scrum Master at KLA: Is responsible for one or two teams.
• Coaches the team, the department, and the organization about agile values.
• Supports the Product Owner and developers in the team to deliver a valuable product.
• Shapes our working environment and work processes with ideas and drives our team to get better.
• Challenges the management with the team’s needs to become self-organized.
• Collaborates and aligns with other Scrum Masters.

Things to know

Within the KLA corporation, we are collaborating with teams around the globe. We have teams based in USA and China. There are opportunities to travel and work with them. Yet, the idea is to keep things as local and simple. Our industry has a strong interest in quality, reliability, and regulation, but we endeavor to provide continuous delivery and automate as much as possible. We do NOT commit on textbook Scrum but to the agile values. It is up to the teams to find their best fitting agile way of working.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are a certified (e.g., PSM, CSM) ScrumMaster or Agile Coach with proven experience in agile software development.
• You are passionate about helping and coaching colleagues.

• You should enjoy developing a software that solves our customers problems as much as we do.

Minimum Qualifications Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.
