Job Description / Preferred Qualifications

In our team, you will be responsible for our SPIRIT software solution, developing and maintaining software for innovative laser direct imaging machines and their integration into the factory.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain innovative software solutions.
2. Collaborate closely with product owners and departments to define requirements and concepts.
3. Plan, document, and develop software for complex systems independently.
4. Test and optimize your software directly on machines.
5. Perform unit tests and system integration tests.
6. Support quality management and product support.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Degree in engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
2. Several years of experience in software development, especially in C# (.NET Standard & Framework >=4).
3. Strong knowledge in WPF, MVVM, Prism, or NuGet package creation.
4. Experience developing medium to large software solutions in MS Visual Studio.
5. Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
6. Ideally, experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and DevOps.
7. Excellent German and English skills.
8. Flexibility, initiative, and team spirit.
9. Presence at our Jena office at least three days a week.
