KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.
Job Description
Major Responsibilities include:
- Lead the operations FP&A finance organization and activity in Weilburg
- Provide guidance and leadership on the operations finance roles such as FP&A, Gross margin, Std costing, periodic close and reporting and other ad hoc requests
- Collaborate with Operations leadership team to provide needed support and consultation
- Continuous improvement mindset, partnering with different areas of the organization, identifying gaps, cost savings and productivity.
- Ensure that finance policies and proper accounting rules are being followed consistently and SOX-compliant in all areas of responsibility.
- Assist in all other ad hoc requests which require financial modeling, scenario analysis and simulations.

- Excellent team leading and teamwork capability with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable in ambiguous environment, comfortable approaching and communicating with different levels of the organization

- Independent and critical thinker, fast learner and excellent eye for detail
- Ability to handle multiple things in parallel
- Fluent German and English in speaking and writing
- Proactive, Flexible and highly motivated
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-8 years’ FP&A working experience in an international company, ideally in the semiconductor industry
- Minimum 3 years existing managerial experience of financial teams
- University degree, ideally master’s degree in Finance or another relevant field
- Fulltime required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong SAP skills
- Strong MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable in BI systems, preferably in Power BI
