Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Führung & Verantwortung: Leitung eines-Fertigungsteams mit Fokus auf Qualität, Termintreue und Kundenzufriedenheit.
• Lieferperformance: Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Auslieferung von Inspektionssystemen und Ersatzteilen innerhalb der geforderten Spezifikationen.
• Trainingsmanagement: Planung und Steuerung von Schulungsmaßnahmen sowie Überwachung des Lernfortschritts im Team.
• Feinplanung & Steuerung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Supervisor und Planner zur Feinplanung von Kundenaufträgen und Verfolgung des Produktionsfortschritts.
• Auftragsmanagement: Steuerung der Fertigungsaufträge in Abstimmung mit dem Planner.
• Prozessoptimierung: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Endmontageprozesse unter Anwendung von Lean-Prinzipien.
• Lean Leadership: Förderung einer Lean-Kultur im Team, Durchführung regelmäßiger 5S-Audits und Organisation von Verbesserungsworkshops.
• Effizienzsteigerung: Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung von Durchlaufzeiten.

Minimum Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer technischen Fachrichtung (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Mikrosystemtechnik, Physikalische Technik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produktionsnahen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Endmontage komplexer Systeme
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Eigenmotivation sowie eine selbstständige und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Problemlösungskompetenz und Entscheidungsfreude
• Belastbarkeit, Zielorientierung und ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil – auch unter Zeitdruck
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Flexibilität im Umgang mit wechselnden Anforderungen
• Sicherer Umgang mit firmenspezifischer PLC und Quality Software, SAP sowie den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
