You will ensure that the construction and commissioning phase is completed on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards, and that the project runs smoothly. You will ensure consistent compliance with all relevant legal regulations and occupational safety measures and monitor these regularly through targeted monitoring. You will plan, control, and coordinate demanding construction processes and resources, taking into account the special requirements of data center projects. You identify obstacles and performance disruptions at an early stage, report them to the client, and coordinate closely with project management. You actively support project management in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating possible additional costs, thereby contributing to transparent cost control. You will work closely with all trades involved as well as the overall construction management and ensure an efficient and smooth construction process through your coordination. YOUR SKILLS
Completed electrical engineering training (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL, etc.) At least 10 years of experience as a site manager on large construction sites in the field of electrical engineering/technical building equipment At least 5 years of experience as a site manager in the field of data centers Extensive understanding of commissioning/start-up processes Experience in cross-trade scheduling and detailed planning in the Last Planner System High sense of responsibility, accuracy, independent working style & leadership skills Flexibility/willingness to travel and driver's license B Very good English skills, German an advantage WORKING TIME
