Kleinanzeigen is the leading online classifieds market in Germany. Users buy and sell on Germany's No. 1 for classifieds mainly second-hand. In this way they make an active contribution to more sustainability. On average, more than 55 million ads are available in numerous categories – from children's supplies to electronics and real estate. Kleinanzeigen also offers small and medium-sized businesses the opportunity to present their services online. Around 35 million users per month make Kleinanzeigen one of the most widely used websites in Germany. Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen.

We’re a team of around 15 people across People Business Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Development, Payroll, Internal Communications and Workplace Management.

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiting & Sourcing Partner (d/f/m) who loves connecting great people with the right opportunities and enjoys working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin. You report to the Talent Lead.
- You bring 5–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in an online, digital or tech environment.
- You have strong end-to-end recruiting and active sourcing experience. You are confident working with senior managers and stakeholders, comfortable challenging assumptions and bringing your own perspective to the table.
- You have excellent attention to detail and a strong process mindset - you work in a structured and reliable way and care about getting the details right.
- You proactively identify gaps in our recruiting processes, bring forward ideas for improvements, and take ownership of making them happen.
- You bring curiosity and openness towards AI, new tools and new ways of working.
- You bring in an honest and direct communication style with fluency in German and English, combined with empathy, flexibility and a good sense of humor.
- A collaborative mindset – you’re happy to give feedback, receive it openly and learn from each other.
