As a Sr Data Analyst in the Core Experience Analytics team, you help shape data-driven decisions across Product, Business, and Sales functions. You turn complex data into actionable insights, support experimentation and forecasting initiatives, and contribute to improving our products and user experience. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a collaborative Data and Analytics setup, you help teams identify impactful opportunities and drive informed decision-making through analytics and clear communication.
You bring a pragmatic mindset — knowing when 100% rigour is needed and when a well-scoped 20% answer unlocks the next decision. You actively use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate the repeatable, and spend your energy where human judgement matters most.
This is a limited 1-year contract position.
Who You Are
- You bring 3–4 years of experience in a data or analytics role, ideally in a consumer-facing digital product environment.
- You bring strong SQL skills and hands-on experience in product and business analytics, experimentation, and KPI analysis.
- You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- You demonstrate an ownership mindset, strong prioritization skills, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- You have experience with Databricks, SQL-based analytics environments, and data visualization, and understand tracking concepts and data quality validation
- You actively leverage AI tools (e.g., code assistants and LLMs) to improve productivity and embrace automation where it creates value.
- Nice to have: exposure to forecasting, Python, and modern analytics tooling such as DBT.
