What You’ll Do

• Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies for individual Kleinanzeigen categories and for overall brand equity.
• Assist in monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Drive best‑in‑class creative execution; collaborate with external creative agencies and partners to develop impactful creatives.
• Collaborate with the media agency to plan, coordinate and execute cross‑channel brand media (TV, out‑of‑home, online video/display, social).
• Support creative execution and media planning for business‑relevant topics, ensuring single‑minded communication to customers.
• Work with other marketing divisions to create integrated campaigns spanning brand, content, social, CRM, PR and performance marketing.
• Plan and execute impactful launches of new payment and shipping features; support promotions and target marketing campaigns for these services.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
• Support budget tracking, invoicing and PO management, delivering campaigns on time and on budget.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in e‑commerce or online marketplaces.
• Experience working in agile organisations and a fast‑paced environment; strong adaptability to project changes.
• Deep knowledge of media planning, buying and brand marketing metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with creative agencies and execution of brand campaigns.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
• Ambitious yet unpretentious, with a “can‑do” mentality.
• Fluency in German (C1) and English.
