We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) with extensive experience in accounting and payroll accounting in particular, as well as knowledge of DATEV, to start as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Independent implementation of financial accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
  • Responsibility for payroll accounting including all relevant accounting and reporting procedures
  • Recording, checking and reconciliation of business transactions, including dunning procedures
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and statistical reports
  • Collaboration in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Close cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth processes

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree or comparable qualification in the field of finance/accounting
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting and experience in payroll accounting
  • Confident handling of DATEV and MS Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Good knowledge of tax and social security law
  • Independent, conscientious and structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and communication skills in written and spoken German
