Über die Rolle

Introduction

Kliqxe is a global Salesforce partner making serious noise specifically within the Manufacturing and Distribution industries (One of the fastest growing verticals for Salesforce) and one of the only partners in the world that focus on these industries exclusively!

Because of this focus, we are scaling rapidly across Europe to support growing client demand.

As part of this growth, we are strengthening our Germany delivery team and are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to support our expanding business in the region.

Our Germany Team

Being part of the Kliqxe team Germany means working towards the digital future of mid-sized companies based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

Through our globally organized projects, you'll collaborate with colleagues around the globe and help bridge the conversation between business and technology for teams focusing on, e. g. sales and service.

We are spread across the country and work mainly remote.

However, we regularly meet for customer workshops or team gatherings to ensure staying well-connected.

As a major partner of the German Salesforce ecosystem, we are very well connected to Salesforce as well as other partners we often work with.

Our team is growing fast and so would you - we're looking for passionate team players, who are able to take ownership and lead their topics or activities self-responsible.

Your ideas will always be given room, since we do not only strive for continuous improvement, but live it.

What does this mean?

  • This is a mid-level role: you're expected to work independently, without the guidance a junior would need, though you won't yet be leading a team the way a senior would.
  • Requirements gathering sits with our Solution Consultants.

Your job starts once those requirements are handed over - you own turning them into a working, well-configured Salesforce solution.

  • The role is client-facing, particularly from the build phase onward. You'll be the primary point of contact during testing and training, not just behind the scenes.
  • On smaller projects, you may be the sole Solution Engineer on the account, so strong stakeholder management and the confidence to represent Kliqxe on your own matter as much as your configuration skills.

What you may need to succeed

  • C1-level German and English proficiency (written and verbal) is required, with no exceptions - you'll need to communicate with customers in German and collaborate with our wider international team in English.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or Solution Engineer, with a strong focus on hands-on configuration, particularly Flows and Objects.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration including: Flows (Flow Builder), Objects, fields and page layouts, Validation rules, Permission Sets, Profiles and Role Hierarchy, Sharing & Access Configuration, Email-to-Case set up (including domain, SPF, DKIM), Omni-channel, Reports and Dashboards
  • Experience producing clear functional and configuration documentation.
  • Experience supporting solution delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle, including UAT, SIT and end-user training.
  • Comfortable acting as a solo resource on smaller projects, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Consulting background is a plus but not a requirement - candidates from industry-side Salesforce admin roles are equally welcome, provided they can demonstrate strong communication and configuration proficiency.
  • Advanced/nice-to-have skills such as Account Engagement (marketing) are a plus but not mandatory.

Required Salesforce Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

What you'll be doing

  • Configure Salesforce solutions primarily across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud in accordance with approved solution designs and Salesforce best practices.
  • Design and configure: Flows and automation, Security model, Profiles, Permission Sets and Roles, Objects, fields and page layouts, Validation rules, Email-to-Case set up (including domain, SPF, DKIM), Omni-channel, Reports and dashboards.
  • Act as the client-facing point of contact during build, testing and training activities.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing), and lead or support end-user training sessions.
  • Prepare functional and configuration documentation to support solution delivery and knowledge transfer.
  • Support data preparation, data migration activities and system configuration during project implementation.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants and Salesforce Developers to ensure solutions are delivered according to design.
  • Execute system testing, troubleshoot issues and coordinate defect resolution.
  • Support deployment activities, production releases and post go-live hypercare.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups and retrospectives where applicable.
  • Handle user stories and propose technical improvements, following Salesforce best practices.
  • Assist in delivering user training and supporting user adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise Salesforce processes and platform capabilities.
