h3Your mission /h3 pbMain tasks /b /p ul liOperating and maintaining servers (domain/DHCP/DNS, weighbridge application and database, door access control, IT backup, LIMS, DMS) and the PABX system /li liEnsuring backup and recovery of company data and systems, and managing Windows updates for PCs and servers (WSUS or global tools) /li liManaging the network and firewall infrastructure, including troubleshooting and related guides /li liSupporting local business systems and interfaces with application teams and vendors to ensure availability, connectivity and reliable integration /li liProviding second-level support and first-level back‑up in close collaboration with the IT Service Management Specialist, including installations, repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance of IT systems, supporting other infrastructure areas and escalating to vendors where needed /li liManaging IT vendors, IT assets, communication systems, software licences and IT supplies /li liReviewing and updating documentation (specifications, asset records, network diagrams and schematics) and participating in IT projects /li liAdopting and supporting KLK Group IT standards, tools, platforms and initiatives in infrastructure, cybersecurity, standardisation and compliance /li liEnsuring GMP compliance within your area of responsibility (proper signing, deviation reporting, change control) and supporting compliance, security and audit activities /li /ul pbSpecial requirements /b /p ul liWillingness to take part in the on‑call duty rotation /li liOccasional travel to our EU sites (if required) /li liMutual deputising with the IT Service Management Specialist /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in computer science or business informatics, or an IT apprenticeship (e.g. Informatiker/in EFZ) with further training (e.g. HF), or a comparable qualification /li li3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, ideally in an industrial or production environment, including the management of IT vendors and service providers /li liSolid hands‑on expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policies, patch management (WSUS or similar), virtualisation (VMware, Hyper‑V), backup/recovery, basic SQL administration, networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, Wi‑Fi), firewalls and IT security /li liAn advantage: knowledge of telephony/PABX, Microsoft 365, ERP systems (SAP R3) and their interfaces; relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet); experience in a GMP‑regulated environment (e.g. computerised system validation, change control) /li liVery good command of German and English; Dutch is a plus /li liTeam player with strong communication skills in a multicultural environment; structured, reliable, service‑oriented, flexible and resilient, with initiative and a willingness to learn /li /ul h3Our offer /h3 ul liBroad responsibility for the IT infrastructure of a production site, with short decision‑making paths /li liAn international environment with cross‑site projects in Switzerland and the Netherlands and close collaboration with KLK Group IT /li liTargeted training and certifications, with the opportunity to grow into the role of deputy to the Lead EU IT Service Management /li liFlexible working hours and home office options where operations allow /li liModern employment conditions and attractive social benefits /li liPlace of work: Hedingen (ZH); start date by agreement /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
