Your Mission

As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the development and optimization of scalable data infrastructures and high-performance data pipelines. In this key role, you will build a robust data architecture that serves as a solid foundation for sound, data-driven decisions in our company. You will work closely with ERP specialists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that data is processed seamlessly, efficiently, and securely.

Your Role

  • Develop and maintain the Group’s data landscape with a special focus on Microsoft Fabric
  • Develop ETL processes and integrate new data sources
  • Support and implement projects in close cooperation with various global stakeholders using the Microsoft Fabric platform and other ETL tools
  • Develop and maintain data marts

Your Profile and Qualifications

  • Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, natural sciences, or a comparable education
  • Relevant experience in data integration with a focus on business intelligence, data science, or big data, ideally with Microsoft Fabric and comparable tools (e.g., Alteryx, Pentaho, Talend Data Integration)
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and Power BI
  • Affinity for modern (data) technologies, especially Microsoft Fabric, and their efficient use
  • Very good knowledge of German is mandatory
